A little confused on my results

I asked one question of both my Thoth and my RWS deck.

Q: Is June 1st a good ballpark date to release my project?

3 Swords Sorrow

XIII Death

The Thoth reading was something I couldn't wrap my brain around so I did the same reading with RWS, which makes more sense. Should I be reading the 3Swords similarly to Death?
