A question about questions

Hello, to start, I am new to tarot. I have watched this sub for about 6 months now and have found it very helpful! You all are wonderful.

Now, to my question… I am trying to buy a house. As we all know the housing market sucks right now. I wanted to look to my cards for guidance, but I am not sure what to ask, or what kind of spread to use. Any advice on how to approach this would be welcomed!
