Can I use my grandaunts (who has died) deck, or do I have to cleanse them in some way?

Hello, I would lik to ask. My grandaunt recently passed away, and I took some of her old books and tarot cards, she was into esoteric stuff. I already use them few times, but I ve read somewhere, that you should do some cleaning ritual because of energies. What do you think about that, and even if I have to cleanse them, how to do it?
