Can other zodiac readings apply to me because of my zodiac chart?

Im new on this Tarot reading, but I’ve seen some YouTube videos and mention Sun, Moon, and Raising. I know that I have Sun as aqua, but moon and raising are piscis, does that mean that I can see tarot reading for piscis and find out certain things since that zodiac is in my chart? Does it mean that aqua and piscis tarot readings can apply to me?
