Cards Falling Out Sideways

Usually, a Card falling out Sideways is something to Compliment another Card. I like to do 1 Card Daily Pulls for myself and a lot of times, I get a Card that falls out Sideways. I normally read it as an Upright Card, unless my Intuition tells me something different before I flip it over. When you have a Sideways Card, do you read it Upright or Reversed?
