Cards just appearing

I’m a newbie to tarot cards and I wanted to know if cards just sometimes appear. I was shuffling my deck thinking about random things and the world and the six of wands were both facing the opposite direction from the rest of my deck. I’ve never pulled these cards before so I don’t know how they ended up that way. Has this happened to anyone else?
