Cutting down and edging decks ADVICE? RECOMMENDATIONS?

Really wanted the Witches' Wisdom deck but the cards are the same size as my rectangular salad/sandwich plates. Too much for my hands and dexterity

Not sure I'm brave enough to try modifying them myself. Voices of experience wanted and welcome

Or recommendations of anyone reliable?
