Do different decks have different meanings?

Hi I'm learning tarot with the Labyrinthos app. I do physical readings with my tarot if Marseille deck but in the app I use the Rider Waite Smith deck to be able to log reversals (the option is not available with the apps Marseille deck). Do you think it's problematic? I noticed that the card descriptions in the app are not exactly the same between the two decks.
