does the order the cards fall out give you a different meaning?

helloo everyone! i was drawing my cards for today, i do that every morning to learn the meaning and the different combinations. i had the 10 of swords + 9 of cups, in that order. (the crystal unicorn tarot- which is inspired from the Rider Waite) i saw these two cards as „just when you gave up on everything, your wishes get fulfilled“ i wanted to go a bit deeper into the meaning and googled the combinations & found some forums that asked about the 9 of cups & 10 of swords and the answers were : „manifesting something that isn‘t what you wanted“ etc. so my Q is : does the order the cards come out play a role for you? or do you just listen to your intuition? or am i just too optimistic? lmao
