Eight of wands keeps appearing

I’ve done several readings over the past couple of days, and I keep seeing the eight of wands. I’ll shuffle for ages and when I happen to look at the card that’s under the whole deck it’s the eight of wands. What could this mean? It’s driving me nuts!

I would’ve brushed it off if it wouldn’t have happened so many times now. Thoughts?
