Emperor rx, 8 of cups, and 4 of wands?

So I don’t really know how to interpret these cards but I really don’t like the looks of it. Wheel of fortune something is moving forward but then the hermit is next. Maybe things just won’t end up happening?

I asked my deck “What will most likely happen between us in the near future?” Cards pulled: Wheel of Fortune, The Hermit, Strength, 4 of Cups (bottom of the deck), The Sun (Oracle deck)

I also asked on another occasion “What will be the tendency be in the future” and got; Reversed emperor, eight of cups and 4 of wands. The rx emperor probably means something not structured and 8 of cups means leaving something behind, 4 of wands is stability?

For context, I’ve never been with this person romantically and this person is new in my life.
