Has anyone ever reviewed your card pulls over time?

I have been pulling one card a week this year to give myself a sense of what my week will bring and how I need to show up. I have been reviewing each card I pulled for the week and I am curious if anyone else uses tarot to identify themes that happened the past xyz amount of time? Any advice on how to interpret the data? Thank you!
