have you guys ever been traumatized by a tarot readings

I remember having a reading from someone and they said that my reading was the darkest spread they have ever seen. How I will go through delays, hell, and absolute pain. Most of these things were true and ended up happening. I never felt this depressed or just wanted everything to stop.
