Help interpret beginner

Hey guys I’ve been reading cards since middle of last year and one thing I’ve been having trouble with is figuring out when the cards are talking about me our when it’s about someone else. Sometimes It’s pretty obvious, but a lot of the time I can’t tell. Do you have any tips, tricks? Thank you.
