Help with this spread.

Hi all. I drew these cards and I think I’m getting an understanding but I want to see if others come to the same conclusions

The question is about my love life. There is a third person involved, and I’m in the midst of breakup while also starting a relationship with someone else. We were in a complicated (3 year no intimacy etc) semi-time off situation where I met another person long distance. Now we’re fully ending our situation, and I’m contemplating making an offer that could take my new relationship to another level. I asked if I should make the offer and how this will work out.
