Hosting my first public reading

Can anyone advise on what i need and how to set up a booth? Ive never done this before and next month im going for it. Yay me! Finally got up the confidence. So i know i need table and chairs, deck. Sage. Sign up sheet etc. Id also like to know how much to charge for 15 -20 min readings and how to accept payment.
