How do I read this?

Hello! I'm sorta new to tarot reading and I asked if there was a third-party situation with this guy I'm seeing, The Magician and The Emperor fell out with the Judgement being on the top of the deck. I'm not sure how to read this exactly! I'm thinking that since the Emperor shows loyalty I think that it would be a no but I'm not so sure about the Magician card, any help would be appreciated
