I have a weird question…

With every deck there’s a “cover card.” A card that really has no reason to be there. It usually just has the author’s name and name of the deck. Every once in a while that card gets mixed in with my actual deck. Sometimes I pull it, sometimes I don’t. Do you think that even that card has meaning? When I pull it, I usually just take it as the cards having nothing to say about that particular situation or at least, they’re not ready to release any information.
