Ideas on how I could save my card edges?

Hi! I was wondering if anyone knows of what I could do with my forest enby deck. I love the art so much and want to handle it, but the silver edges glittering themselves all over my hands. I would prefer not to cut the card edges. I was thinking of doing a modpodge or painting with a clear coat on the edges but before I jump in, I wanted to see if anyone else has done something similar, or any other things I could do to keep that silver but not have it all over my hands?

I don’t riffle shuffle my decks cause my hands are tiny and weak. I mostly hand over hand or separate the cards into three piles one by one. So I figured the modpodge/painted edges would be okay for the most part?
