Is Builders of the Adytum a cult?

I'm serious. I was checking it out and considering joining, and then I was like, oh fuck am I joining a cult? It looks so cultish. But also looks fun. But also I think I'm the type to join a cult.

Can any current or previous members tell me, is it a fucking cult? Am I making a bad life decision right now?

For current members of BOTA… If you don't think it's a cult, do you also feel like you'd be safe quitting and leaving right now? Would there be consequences?
