Is there a tarot spread to do to see the personality of a person?

Not for romantic purposes.

But, is there a spread to read a person's personality or anything to tell you about the person?

So far for fun( although idk if it's right) I've been saying, " Tell me 3 main things about person xyz about how they are/ their character etc"- and have done a simple 3 card spread. so far i've done it with people i know and it's been cool because it's been accurate! But, i don't know what I'm doing
