Liber T: Tarot of the Stars Eternal Handy Dandy Guide

I’ve been trying to work with this deck for a few months now. For the most part I am applying the info gained from the Book of Thoth. I am interested in learning more about the minor cards; particularly the application of Declan imagery. During my searching it appears there used to be a pdf circulating around with information about how the decans are worked into the minor cards. Sadly, I am unable to find the grail in my quest. Does anyone have information to lead me to where I could obtain this file?
