Looking to start tarot for ED healing

I've recently been drawn more and more towards spirituality as a method of recovery from my eating disorder and from various trauma. I've been particularly drawn to tarot, and was wondering if anyone had any experience with this sort of thing in relation to tarot, oracle decks, etc. Does anyone have any advice (about healing with tarot with EDs or generally) or any decks that they can recommend? Any experiences with card-based healing?
