Mental Health Spreads
My weekly group therapy has recently opened up a "creative session" once a month, where each member can bring in something like crafting, or writing, or something else creative as an opening into our discussion.
Some other people are already picking the coloring route, and I keep going back to a tarot. I love grounding myself in a Sunday night reading, mentally preparing for the week, and meditating.
I've seen the basics – pull a card that represents your struggles, pull a card that represents healthy, or blindly pick a card. Just wondering if anyone has done anything similar or has any ideas.
