Monthly spread suggestions please!

Good morning! It's April 1st and I have a couple of free hours this morning. I'd like to do a spread for myself for the upcoming month but I've never done one before and I'd love to hear about what sorts of things other people do gain insight on the upcoming month. Teach me your ways! Do you have a go-to monthly spread you use? What sorts of elements do you include?
