Randomly bought a deck and decide to pull some cards to help make a decision.

So I just bought a deck on whelm, I have zero experience tarot, I just thought the deck looked cool. Anyway decided to pull some cards to help me decide between two apartments. But honestly have no idea what I'm doing. Can anyone give me their opinion of what this might mean? Please and thank you. Also, any recommendations on books about tarot would be appreciated as well.

then I pulled an extra card to place of top of both

Pile1: the chariot reversed

Pile2: Ace of swords
