Repeating Card

I am beginning tarot reader, I keep getting 5 of swords reversed. In regards to a past person, it's usually when I ask tarot about things about their behavior. Such as how they feel towards me, or if any action will be taken? Does anyone have any insight as to why, this card keeps coming up reversed. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
