Six of cups reversed as something to embrace?

I did a new moon reading of what I should let go of and what I should embrace during the new moon cycle. For the embrace position I got the six of cups reversed together with the magician. I’m not quite sure how to read this, especially with a really positive card in reverse in a positive position in the spread.

My interpretation is that I should embrace stepping away from nostalgia and romanticizing of a certain person. But then it would make more sense in the “let go of” section.

Any suggestions?
