Tarot method for sex of baby?

Just curious if anyone has a method to finding out if a baby is going to be male or female? My sister is pregnant and she wanted me to ask the tarot but I’m not sure how to ask or how to read it. Should I just do one card pull and look at the sex of the character? Anyone have any ideas?
