what do I need to know about studying X in Y university?

This new course will give me a lot of stability – a guaranteed job and never having to worry about finances. But I am overthinking it. See, it would require me to move to a different country so I could be closer to my bf. Hence 2oC. It is a huge step and a big decision and I don't know what to do. I can also study this course in my current country. But the question isn't about that.

I asked the cards what I need to know about moving to that new country and I got:

Hanged Man is accurate. I will be sacrificing some things to move. E.g. losing my citizenship in my current country, also learning a new language. But at the same time it excites me. And at the same time it's such a huge source of anxiety, I'm overthinking everything, staying up at night. It's a hard decision because I have the option to study this course in my current home. But at the same time, I want adventure and to experience a new country, a new life. And to be with my bf of course.
