what does it mean to find a complete tarot deck?

I've been really into watching tarot readers on tic tok for the past few months, and a couple of months back I found a full deck in the trash next to a friend's house. I kept them, they are put up somewhere safe for now. It's a deck that's from 1985, but they look almost brand new, not the box they came in but the cards lol. I thought it was kinda strange because my friend had mentioned how it rained sometime before I got there and had apparently been outside on the street for a couple of days before I found them. Was just wondering if it had any significant meaning?
