What is this practice called?

So I’m active on TikTok and a lot of readers on the platform use a small bowl full of little pieces of paper with words written on them. I really think that this can help enhance my readings but I having problems with coming up with words to use. I was hoping that there was a name associated with it so I can research more and find some inspiration from other people who have done it.
