Why do some tarot readers refuse to admit when they’re wrong?

Not wrong for a future reading, but for a current one. For example, when someone asks "how do they see me?" And the reader says "they think you're a show off" and the querent corrects them "there isn't anything to show off, I don't brag about anything, I keep to myself." But the reader keeps insisting that's what they think.

When someone asks me a similar question, yeah it sucks to get it wrong but feedback is important. But I don't keep lying to the querent?? I take a look at my cards and try to interpret them again, or reshuffle because sometimes the cards that show aren't always for the reading.
